Tournament and Presentation evening arrangements + A.O.B

PRESENTATION DAY  Saturday 14th May 2011

Morning Event @ Ridgewaye field

Evening Event ; Masonic Hall , St John's Road, Tunbridge Wells.

Bar facilities will be availible.

Minis – U10’s
This will take place at the gym, starting at 10 o'clock although please do not forget that Neil will be organising a Coaches v Parents match - taking place starting at 8.45. Refreshments should be available. Coaches will be asked to organise specific events too e.g. penalty shoot outs, 'cross bar challenge' that sort of thing & Graham has offered to run 3 mixed age groups in the 3 a side "Cage" event again this year. Please ask your players to be at The Ridgewaye for 10am (earlier if they want to watch the 'big' match) as plan would be to start the first Cage group at 10.15 sharp so we can look to start the Presentation itself at around 12.

Evening presentation U11’s - U18’s
This will be held at the Masonic Hall off St John's Road as last year. The pay bar will be open again and it is planned some ‘nibbles’ and ‘noise’ will also be provided:-
6.30 - 8.00 Under 11’s / Under 12’s / Under 11 & Under 13 Girls
8.15 onwards Under 14’s / Under 15’s / Under 16’s / Under 16 Girls / Under 18’s
The 8.00-8.15 period is seen as the transition between the groups with the first group being 'encouraged' to leave by 8.15 although there will be no compulsion, as such, to do so, so can stay around if they want.
