Welcome to Ridgewaye U11's home page. The U11's have three teams that play in the Crowborough League on Saturdays. The Eagles, Falcons and Hawks:

We began the game well, with the plan to pass the ball quickly and to shoot on sight. Our good early play saw us into a 1-0 lead thanks to a great chip by Jason. After this Foresters played some good football and but for a number of very good saves by Adam would have scored. Just before half time we extended our lead courtesy of a power strike by Corey from outside the penalty area. The second half Foresters continued to play good football and pulled a goal back despite Adams heroics. The rest of the half was end to end with us missing chances to kill the game and Adam and our defenders standing tall to deny Foresters and then with seconds to go we were unlucky to concede, just after the final whistle went and the game finishing 3-1.
